Beautiful cozy cabin just outside of Lead. Just a short drive from Deadwood and other sightseeing highlights! Host was wonderful, responded quickly, and got the hot water heater fixed on a Saturday after I stopped working.

We absolutely loved this home away from home. Located in a beautiful area, convenient to every place we wanted to visit. Very peaceful, loved the wildlife and the scenery. The house was supplied with everything that we needed to make our stay enjoyable. A special thank you for supplying the ramps for my son who is in a wheel chair to be able to get up on the porch easily to enter the house. I hope to be able to return and rent again. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful cabin!

Great place to stay. Close to Lead and Deadwood, but away from the hustle and bustle. If youre coming to ski, I would highly recommend. There is no hot tub, although some of the verbiage alluded to one. Very cozy, quiet place for a getaway.

Great location, cabin was very cozy. Loved the gas fireplace. Clean n well stocked upon arrival. Had a snow storm before we arrived. The driveway was cleared. Quiet neighborhood, nice to walk a dog if u have one. Check in n out process was easy. Overall great stay!

We were lucky to visit the Black Hills in October right when the fall foliage was in full swing. We truthfully didnt spend much time in the cabin since we stayed busy exploring the woods. The location was super convenient for us to easily access the National Forest as we scouted for deer, turkeys, and elk (we werent lucky enough to see elk this time, but we did hear some bugles in the early evening). Highly recommend porch sits in the morning while taking in the breeze whistling through the trees. Great trip. We also had our dogs with us - they gave the cabin a 10/10.

Enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Perfect setting for two, with room for a few more. Enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the evening sunsets. Location wise it was very good with access to parks and sight seeing within a easy drive.

It was so fun & a great location near a ski resort so it was cooler than in Lead. Hiking & views in the nearby Spearfish canyon were amazing with streams, waterfalls, rock formations!!! Our family also got to enjoy a great day trip to Mount Rushmore & Custer state park!!!
