Along with a garage beneath a beautiful deck, this vacation home is located on an incredible and scenic lot in the Deer Mountain Subdivision - just west of Lead and minutes from Terry Peak or Historic Deadwood. Hiking, biking, fishing, skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling...you name it and it's all right here at this perfect location for your vacation!
The main level has great living spaces along with the large forest-facing deck, which is home to an 8-person MAAX Hot Tub where you can watch wildlife while being surrounded by bubbles. There is a full kitchen, dining area and living room with Satellite TV/DVD Player for the times you need to get your energy back after exploring the beautiful Black Hills. There is a main level bedroom with a King bed, and a full bathroom. The upstairs loft has 2 queens, and twin bunk beds and 1/2 bath. The lower level has a private bedroom off the in-house garage, with a Queen bed and a twin bed and a full-size bathroom with washer/dryer.

What do you get a mother who need nothing for her birthday? My mother has never been on a true vacation and has always wanted to go to the hills, so to keep my favorite child status(lol) I took her on vacation to the hills and it was everything she wanted and more. Our cabin was beyond perfect and mom is already planning our ne t trip for next year.

Our stay at Aarons Aspen Retreat was exactly what we were hoping for. The cabin had everything we needed and it was so comfortable, we felt as though we were staying at home. The hot tub made those cool mornings perfect. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home in a beautiful area. Great value! Our family made lots of memories during our stay. Hot tub under the stars. Game nights. Close to Historic Deadwood, Mt Rushmore, Sturgis. It was worth the 13 hour drive!

Overall we enjoyed our stay and the house provided everything we needed. Fireplace came in handy while the power was out and the hot tub was nice after a long day out. Quit neighborhood with deer near the deck daily.

Wonderful house located just outside of Lead. Mule deer walking just off the back deck almost every morning and evening. Our trip was a combination of motorcycle and Utv riding, excellent location for both (gravel road to the highway). I would recommend using the access off Whitetail Dr, Deer Mountain Rd side is a little rough. There are stairs from the driveway up to the house, flat walkway off the road. Two car garage was nice for keeping the bikes. Good food at Lewies and Boars Nest, pizza at Rec Springs very good also. House has everything you need for a relaxing stay.
